Description: I have long held in my head an unconscious interest in what happens to the convergence distortions of perspective, which are most greatly exaggerated in views of sky-scrapers from ground level. I wondered what the buildings looked like as I passed them and they were seen through the back of my head, producing effects related to travelling faster than light. The buildings are shown dreaming after most occupants of the hive have gone home and as the eyes of the buildings close as lights are switched off.
Some sentinels remain. The buildings are visually translucent, letting through less light from the background glow of the city as they cover one another.
